FAQ for trade buyers

Who does DVTECH sell to?

Businesses only: physical and online shops, marketplaces, chains and distributors. We do not sell to consumers.

Which countries do you ship to?

Spain, Portugal, France, the rest of the European Union and the United Kingdom.

Where are orders shipped from?

From our warehouse in Madrid (Polígono Industrial de Vallecas). Orders are prepared the same day.

What order formats are available?

Cartons, half pallets, full pallets or mixed pallets with several references. For dropshipping, ask us about conditions.

Where can I see prices and minimum order?

We do not publish prices. Send us your enquiry and we will send you our price list and trade terms.

How do I place an order?

Fill in the form with the references (for example, DV-26878) and approximate quantities. Our sales team will contact you.

Do you provide technical documentation and marketing material?

Yes. Every product page includes its spec sheet. On request we send further documentation and marketing material (product photos and data).

Do products have an EAN code?

Yes, it is shown on each product's spec sheet when available.
